9 Ways To Vibrate Higher

I’m constantly making the effort to live a healthy and conscious life, and I have really found the balance when I started being mindful of the energy surrounding me. I am often swamped with never-ending tasks, and this happens almost every day. With a baby, a business, side hustles, house chores, and nurturing my family, I am overwhelmed with so much to do in so little time.

I have noticed myself getting into a state of anxiety just thinking about everything I have on my plate. That’s why it’s so important for me to remember to take things a minute at a time, to breathe, to meditate, and become conscious of my thoughts. It helps me pace myself and not spread myself too thin.


Whenever I feel like the energy is a little ‘off’ I would channel my attention and focus on raising my vibration. I have gotten into it more recently and I am able to literally feel the benefits as I am doing it. It helps me align my mind, body and soul with more ease compared to when my vibration is low. The way I feel, think and act affects my energy and if I choose to be positive and productive to get through my daily tasks, I will need to make sure that I operate in a calm state.



Some days might be difficult, but if my vibration is high, it’s a lot easier to attract positive energy around me, be it with people or with opportunities. In our home, we feed off each other’s energy - if one of us is bright and cheery, others become the same.

Here are nine ways on how you can vibrate higher,


  1. Become conscious of your thoughts. Everything you say, think and feel becomes your reality. Every thought that passes through your mind carries an impact on you and your energy. So start off your day with gratitude checks and affirmations, and set your intentions for the day.

  2. Surround yourself with beauty. Your surroundings carry a very big impact on the way you feel and the way you live your life. When you surround yourself with beautiful things or things that reflect inspiration, passion and enthusiasm, your productivity and mood will become more positive.

  3. Eat well & stay hydrated. Pay attention to what you feed your body with, consume foods that are clean, healthy, and nutritious. This is something that is so important in our home and we are always so conscious about our diet and the ingredients that go into our food. You should also drink plenty of water and assist your body in staying fresh and hydrated.

  4. Meditate. I cannot mention this enough. Meditation has had such a positive impact in my life and it is one way for me to stay grounded and stay balanced. It helps me align my mind, body and soul. So take a couple of minutes in a day and place yourself in a peaceful state of mind. It will almost immediately bring about a greater sense of peace and positivity that you seek. For me, it also works to cleanse my spirit and boost my inner harmony. This is probably one of the fastest ways to help raise your vibration when you need it to.

  5. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Being grateful shifts your vibrations from focusing on what you don’t have to what is already abundant in your life. It is also one of the quickest ways to amp up your vibration. There is so much to be grateful for in this world, and there is always more to be grateful for than you could possibly imagine.

  6. Give till it hurts. The more you give the more you get. I’m sure most of you have heard of this, and I believe in it 100%. Giving (rather than taking) elevates your frequency and your vibration and it will make you feel so good. Generosity might even be the secret to a more meaningful life, to be honest.

  7. Love & kindness. Love and kindness bring about its own beautiful energy. They are the highest states of vibration and has the power to lift you when you are down, the power to help you grow and help you soar in life. So remember to love and be kind always - towards every single person, and every single thing in your life.

  8. Dance. Tim and I just love to dance, the minute a song comes up - no matter what song it may be, you could already see our shoulders move and our feet tapping to the beat. This is a great way to vibrate higher and not only radiate positive energy but also draw positive energy closer towards you.

  9. Surround yourself with happy people. This is a no brainer. You should always surround yourself with people who lift you up, people who make you feel happy, and people who are interested in resonating at a high frequency as you do. Stay away from those who are constantly in a negative state and those who make yourself feel bad about yourself.
