Every morning when I wake up, I would lean on a daily routine that I have been very comfortable with doing for as long as I can remember. They include some stretches, diffusing my favourite oils, a 5-15 minute meditation (depending on how packed my schedule is for the day), set and repeat affirmations, and get a quick workout in.
Today, I would like to share my affirmations with you. They are an important part of my routine and helps me set my intentions for the day. They have uplifted and empowered me when I need them the most.
Affirmations allow me to look past my limitations, it encourages me to give myself permission to grow and evolve - and focus my attention on my best qualities, my capacity for change, and a greater sense of confidence in my contributions to the people around me.
